Returns and Exchange Policy
EXCHANGES OR RETURNS POLICY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
We understand how difficult it can be to choose your alternative hair and the importance of being able to return unsuitable orders. As such we want to support you as best we can on your journey to ‘feel like yourself again’.
EXCHANGES FOR PETITE WIGS
We hope you to love your new wig but in the case that you change your mind please note that we offer 1 exchange or store credit per wig purchased only (no refunds) providing that the wig is in perfect re-sellable condition, that the zig zag part has not been disrupted and that the part has not been altered either in store or by you at home. All EXCHANGES MUST be in their original condition, have all packaging materials inclusive of tags, boxes, care cards and packaging paper. We request that you use the hair net included for hygiene reasons in case you need to exchange. Any wig that has been modified or had the part set when you either purchased it in store or at home will not be eligible for an exchange. An exchange will be approved on a case by case basis and you have a 2 week window in order to be approved for an exchange so please email info@thewigandi.com.au to begin the exchange process.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must email us at info@thewigandi within 2 weeks of purchasing your wig
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging with no damage to the box and tags still attached.
- You must not have changed the parting, had the part customised for you in salon, have brushed the hair, or styled it with any hair products - any signs of wear and any signs of the item being in any condition other than it when you received it - will be refused.
- The wig must not be altered whether that is in salon at your request during your consult or at home or by a hairdresser
- It must have tags attached as sent with inner wig box contents including packing.
- If you're wig has been customised at all with a fringe, a cut or setting a part a 15% restocking fee may be charged
If we accept your exchange:
- you may exchange your Petite Wig for another wig from the Petite Wig brand once only to the same amount as the wig you purchased.
EXCHANGES FOR JON RENAU WIGS
If you are exchanging a Jon Renau wig you can only exchange it for another wig from the Jon Renau brand only to the same amount as the wig you purchased. We offer 1 exchange or store credit per wig purchased (no refunds) providing that the wig is in perfect re-sellable condition, that the zig zag part has not been disrupted and that the part has not been altered either in store or by you at home. All EXCHANGES MUST be in their original condition, have all packaging materials inclusive of tags, boxes, care cards and packaging paper. We request that you use the hair net included for hygiene reasons in case you need to exchange. Any wig that has been modified or had the part set when you either purchased it in store or at home will not be eligible for an exchange. In the interests of hygiene we ask that all wigs//hairpieces are tried on using the wig cap included. Unsuitable items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your item (whether in store or when you received it through the post). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

ORIGINAL CONDITION
All exchanges MUST be in their original condition. Your return product is to have all packaging materials inclusive of hang tags, boxes, care cards and packaging paper. Returns must be packaged in their Petite Wig Satin Bag or Petite Wig Box to be received and accepted as a return.
REFUNDS
Faulty Items
In the unfortunate event that there is a fault with your wig or topper that we haven't picked up on we will offer you a refund of the Wig. Please email us immediately and within 2 weeks of receiving your wig at info@thewigandi.com. Please note that we only replace items and offer a refund if they are deemed defective or damaged by us and is at the discretion of The Wig and I. P.O. Box 298, Eudlo, 4554, Queensland.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then an exchange or store credit will be processed and you'll be notified.
RETURN EXCLUSIONS - HUMAN HAIR WIGS SIGNATURE COLLECTION
There is strictly a NO RETURN policy in place for human hair wigs from the Signature Collection. As each and every human hair wig from our Signature Collection has been custom designed for you and with you there are no refunds for any HUMAN HAIR WIG as it was designed for you and can't be re-sold to anyone else. All purchases of these custom designed 'made for you' human hair wigs from the Signature Collection are final and non-returnable.
Haircare & Styling Products : Please note we cannot accept returns of items of Haircare and Styling, Items include: Shampoo, Conditioners, Sprays, Styling Products & Brushes/Combs.
