From the moment I spoke with her on the phone, to meeting her in person, then coming back to buy a wig and having it professionally cut by Maree (she’s the best), I felt cared about, listened to without any hard selling. Kylie taught me so much about wigs, she set me at ease, I cried and laughed and never felt pushed into buying anything,which I have had at every other wig store I have been to. OMG what can I say but Kylie is amazing. She made me feel that hair loss while sad and depressing, it’s ok to be you. It was like I was talking to a best friend that I have known for 40 yrs.
